12:15pm: Our local staff will meet you and conduct you through baggage claim. Drive through the teeming streets of Cairo to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. |

8:45am departure for a tour of Egypt’s most iconic monuments, the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Egypt’s first capital city, Memphis, and explore its adjacent necropolis at Sakkara where you will see the Step Pyramid, considered the world’s earliest stone structure. |
December 31:

Morning tour of the Cairo Museum and the world famous King Tut Collection. Continue to the Citadel of Mohamed Ali and the Khan el Khalili Bazaar.

January 1:

Transfer to the airport for an early morning flight to Luxor. On arrival in Luxor, transfer to the Move pick HS Royal Lily Nile Cruise ship, where you will be checked in to your well appointed, spacious cabin with large picture windows offering unobstructed views of the Nile. After lunch, our visit begins with a tour of the Temple of Philae, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Aswan High Dam.(B,L,D) |

After breakfast, sail north to Kom Ombo for a visit to the temple shared by the two Gods, Sobek and Haroeri. Continue to Edfu for overnight. (B,L,D) |
| January 3: |
Morning visit to the Temple of Horus at Edfu. Continue to Luxor. After lunch, explore the great temple complexes at Karnak and Luxor. (B,L,D) |
| January 4: |
Morning visit to the West Bank of the Nile to explore Egypt’s great burial grounds in the Valley of the Kings and Queens. Climb the terraced funerary temple of the female Pharaoh, Hatshepsut, with its commanding view of the Nile Valley. The tour concludes with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, all that remains of the palace of Amenhotep III |

Board a late morning flight to Cairo. Transfer to the hotel.(B) |
