depart JFK via Egyptair non stop service to Cairo at 6:30pm. |
| Mon/Tues: |
12 noon: Arrive Cairo and transfer to the connecting flight to Amman. Arrive Amman in early evening. Meet and assist on arrival and transfer to the Landmark Hotel |
| Tue/Wed: |
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Petra via the Kings Way with stops at Madaba, famed for its pristine mosaics, the Crusader Castle at Kerak and Mt Nebo, where Moses is said to have first seen the Promised Land. Overnight Petra Marriott |
| Wed/Thurs: |
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a day long walking tour of this extensive site. Enter via the narrow Siq, a geological phenomenon which protected and hid Petra's splendors for centuries. See the Treasury, the Roman amphitheatre and the many other fascinating monuments at this world famous site. Evening transfer to the airport and fly to Cairo. After processing through immigration, drive to the Movenpick Pyramids Hotel or Sofitel Sphinx for overnight. |

After Breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Cairo most famous landmarks, the Pyramids and Sphinx at Giza, the treasures of the Egyptian Museum and the ancient Khan el Khalili Bazaar. |
| Fri/Sat: |
A early morning flight brings us to Aswan where we board the comfortable Movenpick HS Radamis I or II for a 3 night cruise to Luxor. During our cruise, we explore the Temple of Philae and the Granite Quarries in Aswan. As we head north, we tour the Temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu. Arriving in Luxor, tours include the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut the Colossi of Memnon and Karnak and Luxor Temples. |
| Mon/Tues: |
A late afternoon flight brings us back to Cairo for one final overnight at the Meridien Heliopolis, Iberotel or Novotel Hotel. |
