11:15am: Our tour rep will be there to greet you as you pass through immigration. Grab your bags and you are on your way to the Ramses Hilton. Located on the now famous Tahrir Square on the Nile and within an easy walk of the Egyptian Museum, the hotel offers a spacious accommodation, excellent dining outlets and spectacular views. |

8:45am: your guide and driver will be at the hotel ready to take you on one of the worlds most magical journeys, first through the lively, crowded city streets to the Giza plateau. Soon the familiar outline of the pyramids will be visible. Spend the morning exploring the Pyramids and Sphinx. From Giza, we return to the city center to the great Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. here you will see the collection from King Tut's Tomb and countless other marvels from the ancient world. To end the day, explore the Khan el Khalili Bazaar for local crafts and souvenirs. |

This morning you journey south to the quiet and serenity of the Upper Nile Valley. For the next four days, the sights and scenes are legendary, from the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's Temple, Karnak's great Hypostyle Hall, the Temples of Edfu, Kom Ombo and Philae. As you journey south, enjoy the comfort of the Movenpick cruise ship as you ply the waters of the Nile that have nourished this land since earliest time. |

Leaving the ship behind and our touring complete, you may return directly to Cairo or journey south to see the majestic Abu Simbel Temples, returning to Cairo in late afternoon for a final overnight |
